I recently picked up the Juvia’s Place Zulu Palette during one of their sales. Juvia’s Place has turned the world of highly pigmented eye shadow palettes on its head! Once you had to pay ridiculous amounts of money to even come close to decent eye shadow pigmentation. And then you still had to prime your lids like crazy just to see some color payoff, especially if you are darker skinned. This palette changed all of that! The Afro-Centric packaging is some of the most stunning that I have ever seen in my entire life. I’m not even exaggerating! Keep reading to see for yourself!
